NFT NYC Student Trip

Terms & Conditions

Overview: By becoming a part of ‘The NFT Course VIP Access Group’ one (1) student (ie. “The participant”) will have the opportunity to come on an educational trip with Aggie Co LLC as a participant from 21st June to 23rd June (2 nights/3 days). If granted the opportunity, the participant is clear that the only expenses provided on this trip to New York City are the flight and hotel for 21st June to 23rd June (2 nights/3 days) (which will be paid for by Aggie Co LLC) (Valued at $2,000 Maximum). Transportation to and from the airport, hotels and events will not be provided for and is the responsibility of the participant. All ground expenses must be paid for by the participant, Aggie CO LLC is not responsible or liable for any expenses the participant may incur while traveling and staying in New York City (ex. Uber, checked bags, airline fees, food, etc).

To attend this trip to New York City the participant verifies that they are at least 21 years of age and have a valid ID and/or passport ready for travel from 21st June to 23rd June (2 nights/3 days). The participant is comfortable with flying and traveling by themselves without the need for any assistance specifically provided by Aggie Co LLC. The participant understands that by coming on this trip they are to attend educational events with Aggie Co LLC. During the entirety of the trip, Aggie Co LLC is not responsible or liable for the participant’s safety or any of their personal belongings and/or damages.

The participant also understands that Aggie Co LLC is not responsible for any health-related matters (ex. Allergies, medicine). The participant is to take full ownership and responsibility for themselves and their well-being as Aggie Co will not be held responsible or liable for any health-related matters during the entirety of the trip.

Trip Rules:

The student (ie. “the participant”) who is selected to go on the trip will receive a welcome email with the next steps & instructions and must confirm acceptance of the trip with Aggie Co LLC within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the acceptance email. Failure to notify and accept Aggie Co LLC within  24 hours will automatically forfeit their spot and will result in another student being selected. 

The chosen student (ie. “the participant”) will be randomly selected by Aggie CO LLC to keep it fair for all students involved in the course.

The participant is responsible for all ground expenses and any added fees that may occur while on the entirety of the trip. The only expenses Aggie Co LLC is taking responsibility for are the participant's round trip flight to NYC and hotel from 21st June to 23rd June (2 nights/3 days). By the participant attending this trip, they agree and fully understand the above statement.

The participant is strongly encouraged to stay with Aggie Co LLC during different events that will be happening throughout the entirety of the trip. The participant is strongly advised to follow the set schedule that Aggie Co LLC has created and will provide. However, by attending events with Aggie Co LLC the participant is still held liable for their transportation and any expenses that may incur during these events.

Important:

If the participant's flight is delayed, needs to be re-scheduled, or is canceled Aggie Co LLC will not be held responsible or liable for covering any additional costs or fees. The only expenses Aggie Co LLC will be taking responsibility for are the initial flight costs and hotel costs. This does not include bags, food, carry-on items, or anything else. 

Any other expenses, fees, goods, and foods that the participant incurs during their trip are their responsibility to fully pay for.

By the participant accepting their spot as the student (ie. “The participant”) to come on the trip to NYC, they have agreed to all terms and conditions listed above and are in full agreement..
